The tilters help to easily and carefully lift and simultaneously turn bulky, bulky or fragile loads, equipment with expensive coating without damage. Tilters do not require the involvement of a large number of equipment and workers during the work. The tilters can be equipped with textile, rope or chain slings that fit the cargo on at least three sides, which ensures reliable fastening of the cargo during loading and unloading operations.

Hand-operated tilters

The hand-operated hanging tilters are driven by a chain wound on a spool, or directly manually by a hanging sling. The rollers of the tilter easily move along the beam and are installed at the required distance to lift the load. The rotary rollers can be locked individually. In many cases, circular textile slings are used that do not damage the surface of the rotated load.

Electric tilters

The rotational movement of the tilter is realized by means of a motor. The control is performed by a manual switch. The working length of the tilter can be changed by means of adjustable or movable rollers. The interval between the rollers is freely adjustable both manually and with the help of a hydraulic drive, if this is provided by the design. Thus, the optimal distance between the rollers for slinging loads of different lengths is achieved.

Tilters with an electric flip drive can be manufactured for both small loads and multi-ton structures. In this case, it is possible to use several flutes at the same time.

Floor tilters

Floor tilters are designed to rotate the product being welded around the horizontal axis to a position convenient for welding during semi-automatic and manual arc welding.

Floor tilters can be used to rotate the product around the horizontal axis during assembly and other operations preceding welding, as well as during stripping of welds and other finishing operations (cleaning, finishing, etc.), during which the metal product must be periodically rotated at a certain angle to a position favorable for processing and moved from one position to another.

There are floor tilters that are used to rotate pallets with cargo, products from a horizontal position to an inclined one at an angle of 75 °, 90 °.
